Pacte RSE
Structuring Your CSR Strategy
Are you looking to structure your CSR approach on a solid, measurable, and engaging basis? At BetterBusiness, we believe that an effective corporate CSR strategy begins with an honest, rigorous, and motivating assessment.
That is why we developed the Pacte RSE: a structuring tool to evaluate your practices, identify your CSR challenges, map your impacts, and define a credible and sustainable action plan shared with your stakeholders.

The Pacte RSE is a key step in the strategic diagnosis. It prepares the measurement phase (carbon footprint, double materiality, ESG indicators), supports certification exercises such as B Corp, and facilitates communication through transparent impact reports. It is a mobilizing and structured implementation of your CSR strategy, tailored for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that wish to undertake a sustainable transition.
What is the Pacte RSE?
The Pacte RSE is our comprehensive diagnostic tool, designed to evaluate your practices, identify your ESG impacts and your priority Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It is a tool to define a concrete and engaging action plan for a customized CSR strategy for the next two years.
At the crossroads of auditing, strategic support, and collective engagement, this process is based on collaborative CSR workshops with teams and management, as well as tailored questionnaires.
Our approach is audited by an independent third party, Forum Ethibel.
The participating company receives a “Pacte RSE” report, audited and recognized as an official first step in implementing corporate social responsibility (CSR). This report is recognized within the B Corp certification framework as meeting criteria for completeness, transparency, and auditability.
Why launch your CSR strategy with the Pacte RSE?
The challenges of this approach consist of laying the foundations for a clear and progressive CSR strategy, uniting your teams around a common vision, and strengthening the credibility of your commitments with all your stakeholders. The CSR Pact allows you to carry out an objective assessment of your ESG practices, whether environmental, social, or governance, and to identify the extent to which your business model contributes to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
It also offers the opportunity to map your potential negative impacts to inform your risk management, define a tailored ESG action plan that can be directly implemented internally, produce an initial CSR report or support an existing impact report, as well as provide a concise public report. Thanks to this approach, your CSR strategy becomes a true driver of performance, innovation, and resilience in the face of social, societal, and environmental challenges.
