Holder of a bachelor’s degree in economic and management sciences, Pauline then specialized in a master’s program in environmental management to give more meaning to her career and support companies towards sustainable practices. At BetterBusiness, she helps organizations understand, measure, and improve their environmental impacts by developing structured approaches tailored to their realities. Trained in the Bilan Carbone® methodology, B Corp certification, as well as the CSRD and double materiality frameworks, she combines technical rigor with a pedagogical approach to make sustainability challenges accessible and concrete.

Lucas LEFEVRE

Path
Graduated in Business Management (ICHEC), with minors in SME Management, new sustainable business models, and digital transformation, Lucas tackles sustainability challenges with the methodological rigor they deserve, while ensuring they are accessible and concrete. Trained in CSRD, double materiality, VSME, and facilitation of workshops, he strives to simplify these concepts, particularly through his work on ShiftingPact certification. He also leverages his interest in digital technologies to optimize internal processes and enhance the customer experience. For him, the sustainable transition must be fair and inclusive, capable of bringing everyone along in the same momentum of change.

After starting her career in various roles and sectors, Elora specialized in sustainability consulting. Holding a master’s degree in population and development sciences, she now leverages her cross-cutting understanding of organizations to support their transitions in a realistic and impactful way. At BetterBusiness, Elora assists companies with B Corp certification, supports Carbon Footprint® and environmental footprint initiatives, and helps companies analyze their sustainable positioning and build a sustainability path consistent with their realities and ambitions.
